VERY dark brown, almost black, but it appears to be fairly good quality.NOTE: This does not include the clips to install the dash pad -- you will need to remove them from the old pad or buy new ones. I'm going to try to re-use the old ones off my truck.I'll add more after I install it.NOTE 2: This is not something you will just drop in place and have it fit perfectly. I can tell by looking at it that there will be some trimming to do around the edges. If that scares you, pay a professional to install.It was very poorly packed -- the "box" looked like a third grader folded cardboard around the pad and just went nuts with the packing tape. The wooden brace they used to stiffen the dash pad was broken, and there was minor damage to the underside of the pad, but it won't show so not really worth returning and waiting for a replacement. I expected better from Jegs. Would have been four stars if not for the inadequate protection they gave it.UPDATE: When I went to install it, the dashpad turned out to be more badly damaged than I thought. I returned it and will look for something locally to avoid the shipping issues. This thing is very difficult to pack (or re-pack) and easily damaged, so I'll find something else. Jegs's customer service was awesome. They sent FedEx to my house to get the box and processed the return quickly with no questions asked. I'd definitely buy from them again; just not this product.
