TERRIBLE. My Logitech mouse takes much more effort to slide across this pad than my previous Humanscale pad, to the point that my hand gets very tired after using the mouse just a bit. I cleaned the botom of the mouse and it didn't help. I also adjusted the speed of mouse movement so I wouldn't have to move the mouse as far. I wish I still had my old pad to go back to. Even though it says "Humanscale" I really wonder...
